Day Program Services & Supports

OPARC offers flexible development programs designed to teach life, social and employment skills. Each individual is matched with a team of support staff who help them identify their goals and objectives. Resources needed are coordinated. A realistic plan is developed in collaboration with the individual and their support circle that confirms their objectives, progress points and milestones.

OPARC case managers and other support staff are seasoned professionals with considerable experience and education to support individual journeys. All OPARC day program sites are state regulated and licensed with the highest of ratings through internal and external audits.

Every single day, the team helps the individual take steps toward reaching their goals and measuring their progress. As progress is made, plans evolve and goals change. With OPARC’s help, opportunities abound for people with disabilities.
