Today, OPARC serves approximately 800 intellectually/developmentally disabled adults in Southern California. These individuals are so often invisible and disproportionately underrepresented in our community. OPARC offers services that are meaningful to their everyday lives, including life and social skills, job training, job support, vocational skills training, and personalized case management. OPARC’s mission is to help individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities reach their full potential.
